What are your qualifications?

I have a background in physical therapy and hold certifications in Vitality Coaching and Fitness Instruction. Additionally, I have extensive experience as a personal trainer and fitness instructor. My diverse expertise allows me to provide holistic, practical, and personalized guidance tailored to your unique journey.

How are sessions conducted?

  • Phone: Coaching sessions conducted over the phone for convenience. 

What is your cancellation policy?

Sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full session fee. I understand that emergencies happen, so please contact me as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
